Tonight I watched the second presidential debate. My view that we have two flawed candidates did not change. I use two criteria for this assessment: honesty and integrity.

On a debate points basis, Trump did much better than Clinton this round. Clinton did much better in the previous round. Did the debates changed many votes? I doubt it!
Trump was on the offense, and Clinton mostly on defense. She looked a bit frozen against the oncoming head lights. The results of the focus group composed by independents confirmed my hunch.
I dislike these phrases: I have a comprehensive plan and we will make America great again.
Why? The first is used as a smoke screen and the second for rhetorical effect.

Stasera ho guardato il secondo dibattito presidenziale. La mia opinione che abbiamo due imperfetti candidati non è cambiato. Io uso due criteri per questa valutazione: onestà e integrità.
Entrambi hanno non mi ispirava. Una persona ha nascosto all'ordine del giorno. L' altro giudizio.
Questo non è un bene per l'America. Indipendentemente da chi vince, perde l'America. Continueremo a essere un paese diviso. Chiunque vinca sarà diffidava e diffamato.
Su una discussione punti base, trump ha fatto molto meglio di Clinton questo round. Clinton ha fatto molto meglio nel turno precedente. Il dibattito ha cambiato molti voti? Ne dubito!
Trump era per l'attacco, e Clinton soprattutto in difesa. Sembrava un po ' congelati contro le luci di testa in arrivo. I risultati del gruppo composto da indipendenti hanno confermato la mia intuizione.
Non mi piacciono queste frasi: ho un piano completo e faremo di nuovo grande l'America.
Perché? Il primo è usato come una cortina di fumo e la seconda per effetto di retorica.

There was a great deal of obfuscation. Trump's "If I am the President, you will be in jail" is the sign of extreme ignorance about the legal system. Or it might be an extreme form of braggadocio. The President in America does not put someone in jail, a judge and jury does. Also, Trump has no idea that in the leadership literature there is something called "symbolic leadership". Trump scores poorly in this regard. He shows his leadership style is in Quadrant 1 - "I decide, You do". Quadrant 1 only works when the leader is leading a group whose Productive Skills and Constructive Skills are very low. That is not the case with the American population as a whole.

C' era una grande confusione. Trump e ' "se io sono il presidente, lei sara ' in prigione" è il segno di una profonda ignoranza riguardo il sistema giuridico. O potrebbe essere una forma estrema di spacconeria. Il Presidente in America non ha messo qualcuno in galera, un giudice e giuria. Inoltre, trump non ha idea di che nella letteratura di leadership c'è qualcosa che si chiama "leadership simbolico". trump segna poco in questo senso. Mostra la sua leadership stile è nel quadrante 1-"decido io, lo fai". quadrante 1 funziona solo quando il leader è a capo di un gruppo la cui capacità produttiva e costruttiva competenze sono molto basse. Non è questo il caso con l'americano di tutta la popolazione.
